Japanese Lobster

 Hi everyone. Today’s dish is Japanese lobster. This lobster is called “Ise ebi” in Japanese. The lobster costs about 10,000 to 20,000 yen per kilogram. It's a food that often comes out on New Year's Day, especially in New Year's dishes (osechi).
